Terms of purchase

- If you choose to return your item, it is important to enclose a return form in the package
- You are responsible for the return costs yourself when you send via post
- We will refund the item in the same way you paid
- Refunds are made within 2-5 days after we have handled your return
- Keep the delivery receipt - remember that you are responsible for the return
Return rules
- Open purchase for 30 days from the date of the order if the item is unused and in unbroken packaging
- A valid return requires that the item(s) to be returned are unused, undamaged and the original packaging is included.
- Targastore invokes the right to reject all or part of the return if the above requirements have been breached.
Shipping and delivery
The following prices apply to shipping:
- Package in mailbox with tracking: NOK. NOK 79 for orders under 2kg
- Package to collection point with tracking: NOK NOK 99 Orders over 2kg
- Package delivered home with tracking: NOK 149,-
- Large parcels delivered home: NOK NOK 399 (over 35 kilos)
Our delivery time is 4-7 working days from the day you receive the order confirmation. We reserve the right that increased processing and delivery times may occur during major campaigns and sales.
Open purchase for 14 days.
If you have run out of an item you have ordered, and you do not have the opportunity to order a new one, you will be informed of this within a short time.
Shipments to Svalbard:
We do not ship to Svalbard.
Payment:
Targastore requires payment for the item from the time it is sent from us to the buyer.
If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, we will reserve the purchase amount on the card at the time of the order for up to 4 days from the order.
When paying by credit card, the Act on credit purchases etc. will apply.
Shipping damage:
If the item is damaged on delivery, this must be reported as soon as possible. our carrier requires reporting of transport damage within 24 hours of the delivery being received. This applies to both visible and invisible damage.
Unclaimed packages:
In the case of undelivered packages that are refused receipt, a fee of NOK will be invoiced. 350
This also applies if you refuse to receive the package on home delivery.
The customer must also pay for return shipping. Return shipping is what the customer has paid for shipping.
Right of withdrawal 14 days:
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, whom you have designated, takes physical possession of the goods. For an agreement that includes several goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately, the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, whom you have designated, takes physical possession of the last goods applies. We recommend that customers keep the original packaging until they have seen the product.
The item(s) must be sent in original packaging and be 100% the same as you received the item(s).
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the message that you want to use the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
The effects of exercising the right of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs as a result of you having chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in in all cases no later than 14 days after the day we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.
We make the repayment using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
In all cases, you will not be charged any fee as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you informed us that you wanted to withdraw from the agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day deadline has expired.
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the item is not in unchanged condition, we may make a price reduction corresponding to the item's loss in value.
Warranty and complaint:
Targastore has a 2-year warranty and right of complaint on the products. Inquiries regarding errors or shortages in an item should be sent to kundeservice@targastore.no .

If there is a defect in the goods, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered that he or she wants to claim the defect. The buyer has always complained in sufficient time if it happens within 2 months. from the time the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made no later than 2 years after the buyer took over the item.
If the item has a defect and this is not due to the buyer or conditions on the buyer's side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Purchase Act, chapter 6, withhold the purchase price, choose between rectification and redelivery, demand a price reduction, demand the contract terminated and/or demand compensation from the seller. Complaints to the seller should be made in writing.
- Packaging on return
If the customer does not have the original packaging in case of complaints, the customer himself is responsible for finding a suitable packaging that is used to send back. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is not damaged during shipping. Returns must be sent in a responsible manner.
- Correction or redelivery
The buyer can choose between demanding that the defect be rectified or delivery of similar items. The seller can nevertheless object to the buyer's claim if the implementation of the claim is impossible or causes the seller unreasonable costs. Correction or redelivery must be made within a reasonable time. In principle, the seller does not have the right to make more than two remedial attempts for the same defect.
- Price reduction
The buyer can claim an appropriate price reduction if the item is not corrected or re-delivered. This means that the ratio between the reduced and agreed price corresponds to the ratio between the item's value in defective and contractual condition. If there are special reasons for this, the price discount can instead be set equal to the significance of the defect for the buyer.
- Elevation
If the item has not been corrected or re-delivered, the buyer can also cancel the purchase if the defect is not insignificant.
Conflict resolution:
The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. The buyer can contact the Consumer Council to get assistance in any dispute with the seller. If an amicable solution is not reached after mediation in the Consumer Council, the parties can request in writing that the Consumer Council refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
Decisions of the Consumer Disputes Committee are legally binding four weeks after notification. Before the decision is legally binding, the parties can, by submitting a summons to the Consumer Disputes Committee, bring the decision before the district court.
