TERMS FOR ONLINE SHOP
Terms of sale - Receive an order - When we receive an order we will try to process it as quickly as possible.
Delivery - The goods are sent no later than 1 working day after the order has been received, delivery time is 4-6 days. If the item is not in stock, we will notify you of this and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order.
Shipping - The ordered item is sent to you by post. Costs associated with shipping vary between:
Standard shipping: NOK 85
Medium shipping: NOK 220
Bulk shipping: NOK 650
price is calculated separately when over 25 kg (approx. NOK 1,000 to 1,500)
Payment – The card used for the purchase is charged in connection with the order being carried out by the cardholder. Targastore can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card is charged on the same day the item is sent.
When paying by invoice, the invoice is issued to the buyer when the goods are dispatched. The payment deadline appears on the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from receipt.
Cancellation - If you wish to cancel an item, contact us by phone or email.
Right of withdrawal: The buyer must notify Targaservice of using the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the deadline starting to run. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, holiday or bank holiday, the deadline is extended to the nearest working day.
The withdrawal period is deemed to have been met if notification is sent before the end of the period. The buyer has the burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been exercised, and the notification should therefore be made in writing (right of withdrawal form, e-mail or letter).
Buyer pays return shipping.
Warranty - The warranty gives you the right to claim via the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act.
Complaints - If there is a defect in the product, the buyer must notify Targastore within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered that he or she wants to claim the defect. The buyer has always complained in sufficient time if it happens within 2 months. from the time the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the item.
Complaints to the seller should be made in writing.
Information that can be linked to you as a person will never be made available to other businesses or linked to other external registers.
Card information - When you shop at Targastore, the card information is processed by Klarna Ab, which is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard/Eurocard. All card information is processed in accordance with the card organisations' regulations.
